Job Requirements:
· Minimum 01-year relevant working experience, preferably in security industry
· NSTC admin and document daily submissions, not to be missed
· List of job scope includes but not limited to:
. Purchasing
-> Monthly stationaries
-> Biscuits for sites
-> Officers’ uniforms and lanyards
-> Printer rollers for Vales or other required sites
-> Any other adhoc such as company events ordering and purchasing
. Maintaining assets and updating of listing
-> Laptops, mobile phones, body cameras for which sites or which personnel have withdrawn it
-> Printers administrative – to contact vendor for any issues or any toners replacements
. Logistics preparation all new and existing sites
· All Ops related administrative follow up or documents upon request from HR Department
· Course application and arrangements for officers upon request from Ops and HR
· Answering of phone calls, transferring the calls to respective personnel
· Social media maintenance such as postings and collating information and pass it to Operations Manager or Human Resource Department
· Attending to walk-ins or arranged interviews and ensure documents required are in place
· Proficient in MS Office applications eg. Excel, Word, Outlook
· Strong analytical skills and sense of responsibility, meticulous and independent
· Strong multitasking skills and sense of urgency in fast pace working environment
· Submission of daily report to reporting head, to list down what was done during the work hours
· Must be able to start work immediately or within short notice
