Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Swimming Coach for our baby and toddler swim school in Punggol. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for working with children, a strong passion for teaching water safety skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct swimming lessons for babies and toddlers, focusing on water safety skills and basic swimming techniques.
• Create a fun and engaging learning environment that encourages children to enjoy and feel comfortable in the water.
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child, adapting teaching methods to suit their needs and abilities.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians as needed.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during lessons.
Requirements:
• Passion for teaching children and a love for working with babies and toddlers.
• Qualified coaching certification in swimming (e.g., SwimSafer, ASCA, AUSTSWIM).
• Standard First Aid certification.
• Life Saving certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs.
