Job Overview
A landscape operations manager oversees all aspects of landscape maintenance, planning, organizing, and directing employees to ensure the completion of maintenance and project work in accordance with contractual requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage all aspects of the project including planning daily work activities, scheduling, and execution of landscape maintenance work.
- Manage and supervise on-site workers and contractors working on landscape sites.
- Meet with clients to understand their landscaping requirements.
- Attend site meeting and inspection with clients.
- Prepare monthly KPI maintenance report.
- Prepare and submit Permit to Work for all work at height activities.
- Conduct tool box meeting and review Risk Assessment.
- Train workers on safety procedures when working with tools and equipment.
- Ensuring that workers follow the company policies and procedures.
- Conducting training for new employees on job responsibilities and safe work procedures.
- Arrange deployment and logistics for all site activities.

Qualification and criteria
- A diploma/degree in Horticulture
- WSQ Work at Height Manager
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Class 3 Licence preferred.
