Job Description
- Welcome and attend to the customers, providing an excellent one-stop experience at all times.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using an individual approach.
- Proactively engage in maximising sales opportunities to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrate your familiarity with the brand and the products. Maintain the showroom and its aesthetic appeal.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the manager as needed.
- Report to the Sales Manager on reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level
- Communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers in both English and Mandarin
- A valid driver's licence is necessary.
- Mature and possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive outlook, be self-driven, and work well in a team.
- Energetic, passionate, and full of energy with an open mind to adjust to a changing environment.
