We are looking for a Team Player that understands video production techniques and has a good eye for quality visual narrative, a bonus if you are interested in Singapore and overseas real estate. You will work directly with our project teams to create varied and engaging video content to enhance the marketability of new projects.
What can I expect to be?
● Team Player - Work closely with different people to create aesthetic content for projects and company branding.
● Video Production Specialist - Responsible for all stages of a video production, from Pre to Post-Production.
● Multi-Project Manager - Lead production proposals; planning and managing timelines to produce deliverables within a reasonable schedule.
● Problem Solver - Takes initiative in providing solutions to tackle impromptu situations.
● Keep up with industry trends and develop new video methods to increase video quality and engagement.
● Any other related ad hoc duties as assigned.
What do I need?
● Proficiency in video editing and content creation using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
● Strong understanding of Sony camera systems and good videography techniques.
● Experience in facilitating communication, conceptualisation, and scripting of campaign ideas.
● Willing to learn and facilitate livestream productions.
● Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
● Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other Mother Tongue languages is a plus.
● Bonus if you have an interest in real estate.
