1. Accredited with the JAC of IES/ACES
2. At least 3-5 years of working experience
3. Pipe-jacking working experience
4. Inspection, supervision and management
of site in accordance to specications,
drawings and authorities requirements
5. Shall supervise all civil, structural and
getotechnical building works, including
structural elements for architectural work,
building services, electrical and mechanical
(M&E), and specialist engineering works
forcompliance with the PUB/LTA's
requirements and other authorities and
agencies requirements for permanent works
and temporary works.
