Responsibility:
As the General Manager, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurants, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team management. Collectively, General Manager was committed to ensure that the restaurant and kitchen work smoothly and fully contribute to the success of the overall business.
Job Description:
* Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and achieve business objectives.
* Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching for continuous improvement.
* Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have an outstanding dining experience.
* Monitor and maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards, complying with regulations and best practices.
* Optimize inventory levels, control costs and minimize waste, and manage financial performance to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
* Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract new customers, build loyalty, and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
*Plan new and update existing menus.
* Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
* Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
* Able to work rotate shift and overtime
*Need to stand by as an emergency.
