Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Conduct regular communication to ensure tenant satisfaction and maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships.
- Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of properties to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with external contractors and service providers for necessary repairs and upgrades.
- Assist in the preparation and management of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Keep accurate records of lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports for management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Building / Facilities / Real Estate or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Candidate with no experience with relevant Diploma are welcome to apply
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
