Job Responsibilities:
- Handle HRD worker recruitment, onboarding, orientation and familiar with work pass application
- In charge of worker work permit application, renewal and cancellation
- Assist in interview arrangement, update interview status report
- Arrange workers for training cources and medical check-up
- Prepare new workers P files, and update of workers data in the HRIS system
- Assist to arrange worker PPE requirement, conduct orientation
Job Requirement:
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- Min 2-3 years in experience in HR generalist, focusing on recruitment, and operational support
- Good knowledge of government regulations and well-versed with work passes requirements
- Location in West Area
