Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in company’s strategic planning for the organization
- Handle projects and oral presentations
- Observing and training with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures and methods used to be effective within each department
- Learning about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business
- Involve in company’s ongoing projects, preparation and tracking of documentations and ensure tasks are completed by the given timeframe
- Provide administrative support
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min Degree in Management or Business
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Good verbal and written presentation skill
- Good analytic and problem-solving skills
- Decent time management skills
- Possess a good attitude of hard work, resilience,initiative and a strong growth mindset with the willingness to learn, so as to be in line with stepping up into leadership and management roles in the near future as planned
