Responsibilites & Requirements:
- Project Management
- Work closely with Business Development Department to secure new projects and contracts
- Provide pre-contract technical back-up to Business Development Manager – clarification to customers, consultants and owners
- Oversee the entire process in project management, relating to all operational and administration procedures and communicates all project expectations to team members
- Take lead in selection and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers
- Liaise and handle matters with Clients and Qualified Persons (Architects/Engineers/Consultants) pertaining to work related issues
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works by monitoring the progress of the works with respect to the targeted schedule
- Monitor and appraise services and works rendered by subcontractors and suppliers, and in-charge of purchasing
- Monitor wastage of major/critical materials used in the project
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and government regulations
- To assist in the Settlement of the Project’s final accounts at the end of the Contract
- Provide channel of communication between customers and various departments
- Ensure that the project are managed in accordance to customer’s specification
- Ensure that the budgets are kept within the budgeted costs and margin
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from recognized Professional Engineer Board or BCA certified
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in related M&E building services
- Prefer candidates who have some technical sales or business development experience
- Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills
- Prefer to have knowledge of Project Management
- Have the ability to handle projects independently
