JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for managing the life cycle R&D projects and product delivery by planning, organizing, executing and evaluating from conception to completion.
- Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones.
- Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate and motivate project team members in the design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers.
- Drive design / process validation testing and ensure compliance to project lifecycle governance requirements
- Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of technical/engineering processes in managing the project development with the project teams
- Lead, monitor and report the progress of a few projects to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk.
- Interact with industry members and ensure effective communication throughout the project life cycle
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Masters in any engineering / project management related discipline
- At least 4 years of project management experience in product development or research project would be preferable
- PMP certifications or equivalent will be advantageous
- Proactive team player and technically motivated to solve problems, innovate and deliver to internal and external customers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
