Job Scope:
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities.
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to fulfill customer orders.
- Manage inventory levels and replenishment to meet demand forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Optimize processes and workflows to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and other analytical insights for management review.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against targets.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to support sales initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Reliable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
