Ensuring good standard cleaning service.
Plan and review monthly work schedules.
Ordering of all cleaning materials.
Monitoring of all cleaning activities.
Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Previous experience in a cleaning environment and managing a team.
Ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures.
Health and Safety experience.
Improve the current workflow and optimize processes. Work both as a leader and hands-on expert across projects to assist junior team members and delivering results for clients.
Improve, manage and maintain the budget tracking process.
Establish best in class standards and quality of work across all projects.
Proactive self-starter and ability to multitasks in a fast-paced environment under constant tight labour situation.
Team leadership and mentoring experience. Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects at once.
