Event/Workshop Job Scope:
- Assist with event pre-planning, setup and teardown
- Ideate, develop and implement marketing activations that are in line with the company goals and objectives
- Creation of event marketing decks for organizers or trade customers
- Liaise with clients and external parties to close events and ensure a pleasant and smooth experience
- Coordinate and manage event logistics
- Manage and work on event related administrative duties and documentation
- Sourcing, liaison and negotiation with clients & event suppliers
- Preparation & filing of quotations, invoices, etc
- Manage company sponsorships for events
- Other ad-hoc event and operations duties assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Reliable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
Job Requirement
- 5 days work week (9am to 6pm)
- Available on weekends for events (Off days on weekdays)
