Job Description
1. Assist in day to day general office administration
2. Handle incoming calls and take messages
3. Handle accounts related functions
4. Issuing of invoices
5. Perform daily admin duties and other internal support when required
6. GST Submission / CPF Submission
Job Requirements
1. Able to work in a fast pace environment
2. Able to multi-task
3. Willing to learn and able to work independently
4. Organised and good computer knowledge
5. Some knowledge of Xero and Adagio Accounting software
