Our client is a local company in Scientific and Medical industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Business Operations Assistant to join their Business Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.
Duties of Business Operations Assistant:
- Offer administrative and marketing assistance to Sales & Marketing Divisions
- Create quotations, track sales orders, and assist in tender preparations
- Generate and manage reports while maintaining confidential databases
- Foster and sustain positive customer relationships
Requirements:
- Diploma in related field
- Relevant experience
- Proficient with SAP / SAGE is an added advanatage
