Our client is from Medical industry. They are now recruiting an Admin to be part of their Warehouse team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Supervise external cleaning services, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting them appropriately.
- Maintain and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry for supplier invoices.
- Manage physical and electronic records, ensuring proper categorization.
- Administer filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Input, update, and manage data using accounting software and relevant databases.
Requirements:
- O'Level and above
- Entry level is welcome to apply
- Min 1 - 2 years of admin experience in highly preferred
