Job Description
· As an Operate lead for a portfolio of business applications, you will be leading a small team and engaging with vendors to ensure applications are available to SLAs while ensuring that the platforms are maintained.
Responsibilities: •
· Technical familiarity with the following platforms/ technologies:
· Web applications
· Adobe Experience Manager
· .NET
· Provide technical leadership to a support team.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Engage with other specialist teams to drive outcomes.
· Engage vendors on functional and technical support.
· Lead technical design sessions to create solutions that align with business requirements and technical architecture.
· Participate in reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality of the solutions.
