Job Title: Logistics Executive (AWS +VB/ West)
Job Hours: 9am to 5.30pm
Job Location: Jurong East

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff from Warehouse to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Responsible for inventory management, ensuring timely and submissions of required documents to office/management.
- Conduct periodic cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy at all times
- Lead, guide, coach, mentor and motivate staff, to optimum performance, effective and efficient deliverables.
- Initiate improvements in various processes to enhance Operations.
- Review work processes and procedures to drive continual improvement and productivity.
- Work closely with internal department, such as Trade Finance, Finance, Planning and Shipping etc, in resolving issues encountered or to meet deliverables.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field
- A strong team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
