We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the human resources department, encompassing payroll oversight. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and payroll management. This role involves not only the strategic aspects of HR but also hands-on responsibilities in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
The Challenges

- Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance-related issues.
- Identify training needs and coordinate the development and implementation of training programs.
- Support employee career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll-related accounts and address any discrepancies.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and implement changes as necessary.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation and ensure organizational compliance.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall job satisfaction.
- Organize and facilitate employee events and activities to promote a positive work environment.
What It Takes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, including payroll oversight.
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters.
