We are looking for a Service Centre Manager to join our team!
As a Service Centre Manager, we rely on you to:
- Ensure smooth operation in the Service Centre on a daily basis
- Supervise and direct the Service Centre team
- Ensure that the communication system of the hotel is well maintained and all communication are handled effectively
- Ensure all interactions, telephone calls and enquiries are handled professionally, promptly with care and adhering to service standards
- Provide guests with an effective one stop service
- Ensure proper communication with respective departments
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Is a self-starter
- Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
- Loves interacting with guests
- Has experience in the same capacity with hotel background
- Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
- Has strong interpersonal skills
