Our client is a local retail F&B stores. They are now recruiting an Admin and Accounts Assistant to be part of their Finance team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Supervise external cleaning services, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting them appropriately.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Perform receptionist duties, guiding guests and notifying team members of arrivals.
- Maintain and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry for supplier invoices.
- Collaborate with the finance team on accounts payable and inventory stock counts.
- Manage physical and electronic records, ensuring proper categorization.
- Administer filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Input, update, and manage data using accounting software and relevant databases.
- Foster effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance office processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration / Accounting
- Relevant experience in admin and accounting
- Experience with using ERP System
