The primary role of the Intern, Operations is to provide support to the manager, head of department, and any other persons or companies assigned, in a professional and timely manner. This individual will assist with assigned events, from planning to event execution, resource management, coordinating with different stakeholders, and adhering to delivery timelines.
Meticulous and insightful, this individual possesses excellent communication and people management skills and can work with fellow partners, management, and colleagues to execute events within tight schedules and stipulated budgets.
This individual must be flexible in terms of job scope and work hours to meet the demands of our fast-paced and dynamic organization.
The ideal incumbent will have a cheerful disposition, and impeccable personal grooming, be highly independent, and resourceful, take initiative, and have effective communication, time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Record, pack, and track the inventory.
- Assist the team in pre-preparing all the projects
- Assist in executing the project with the team on the actual day in a smooth, professional, and fast manner
- Source and make sure all the printing materials are well prepared before all the projects
- Support in all customer enquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Support department administration work, such as applying for licenses, applications filing of files
- Support all other projects within the team, such as exhibition, merchandise, and customer experience programs
- Streamline and standardise the operations team's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Recommend measures to improve processes, always strive to do better and adopt best practices
- Support ad hoc projects, as directed by the Manager or General Manager
Requirements
- Strong interest in the music/entertainment industry and some knowledge of music trends
- Good disposition, interpersonal, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Possess a keen attitude to learning and is comfortable working in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- May require working long and irregular hours, including weekends, during the event period
