Our client is a Global MNC company in the Automotive industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Logistics Operations Executive to join their Logistics team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise/Take charge of the strategic planning, coordination, and assessment of the company’s logistics operational activities
- Proficient in managing both incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare and dispatch essential shipment documentation to the relevant stakeholders
- Manage the timely procurement and receipt of the company’s goods and components
- Inspect and verify invoices from the various suppliers and stakeholders
- Solicit quotations for various shipping and freight services
- Provide assistance to various operations, such as handling of import/export orders, updating parts information etc.
- Compile and submit monthly reports covering parts inventory, shipping activities, and insurance updates
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in shipping operations
- Certified Permit Custom Declarant
