● Part of the executive team. Reporting to CEO based in San Francisco.
● Will be managing 3 different teams - about 30+ people including each team's director
● Play a key role in translating business to product roadmap, for the entire organization
● Define the product vision, strategy, life-cycle, and goals for the product team to achieve the business objectives.
● Lead an aligned product organization to create, own, and evangelize a product roadmap that enables near-term and future business growth.
● Drive iterative prioritization efforts by translating business strategy into product principles.
● Establish a clear and agile product development process which incorporates design thinking and prioritizes delivering the most value to the business.
skills and requirements
● Min 15 years of experience in product management with a track record of creating successful consumer internet products.
● Experience leading world-class product teams through various phases of the product life cycle. Had experience managing 30 people across teams including director levels.
● Passionate user of consumer internet products and digital media, with a deep understanding of underlying technologies, analytics, UX and product.
● People-first leader with experience in leading and developing a diverse team.
● Strong communicator with experience working with a globally distributed team across multiple time zones.
