Manage a pool of SA(Admin Support):
a. Recruiting and onboarding new SA(Admin Support).
b. Implementing a training programme for newly onboarded SA(Admin Support).
c. Coordinating and supervising SA(Admin Support) for logistics preparation.
d. Track SAs' time and hours for accurate payroll and compliance with Work
Catering (Placing Order):
a. Coordinate catering services to provide meals, snacks, and beverages during breaks and lunchtime.
b. Select caterer(s) and menus that suit the course events, allocated budget, and participants’ preferences.
Catering (Logistics Planning):
a. Conduct site visit to any new offsite course venue.
b. Ensure the catering area is set up aesthetically pleasing and functional.
c. Ensure the catering area is promptly cleaned up, disposed of waste, and reinstated to original condition.
Procurement & Logistic Support (Materials and Supplies):
a. Procure and securely store training materials & stationery
b. Ensure timely delivery of the materials to ensure trainers can deliver training programs efficiently.
c. Prepare Course Logistics Material for course participants.
5. Any work or projects as assigned by Ops Cluster Leads, including course support deployment.

Working hours:
• Official working hours to be 8.5 hours per work-day (excluding a 45-minute lunch break).
• Work days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
• Timing: 8:30am to 5:45pm.
