The client operates a highly reputable private clinic situated in the central area.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle daily accounts receivable tasks, ensuring proper recording and maintenance.
- Manage credit control, ensuring timely customer payments and following up on overdue accounts.
- Prepare, verify, and send invoices and statements of accounts to customers and overseas agents.
- Maintain complete accounts records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Assist in preparing aging reports and reconciliations for payables and receivables.
- Aid in monthly closing procedures and bank reconciliations with precision.
- Prepare audit schedules and assist with annual revenue and statutory audits.
- Organize and maintain accounting document filing, storage, and security.
- Provide administrative support within the Admin Department and fulfill related duties as needed.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by superiors as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience managing full sets of accounts.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and computerized accounting software; IT savvy.
- Analytical and detail-oriented individual, self-motivated and proactive.
- Able to work well in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
