Job Description:
-Technology & marketing research for future automotive opto-electronics sensors.
-Develop next generation of automotive electronics product, advanced manufacturing equipment and test system.
-Circuit’s research and analysis.
-Electronics design, verification, and qualification.
-System architecture and integration.
-Define product specification and hardware test plan.
-Perform circuit simulations/analysis, schematic design, and test setup.
-Conceptualize, design and develop electronic circuits for battery chargers and control gear for fluorescent and LED lamps.
-Perform product certifications and approvals with local and overseas testing authorities.
-Develop and implement test plans to ensure product quality and reliability.
-Introduce new products into mass production.
-Design, develop and produce test equipment for mass production testing.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
-Experience in defining product hardware architecture.
-Experience in circuit simulation tools (example: Pspice/ LTspice/ TINA).
-Experience in schematic design/layout tools such as ORCAD/Altium/PADS.
-Experience and knowledge in Laser Eye Safety and EMC testing.
-Experience in product development.
-Basic understanding of embedded firmware and FPGA will be an advantage.
-Familiar with automotive ISO standard (ISO7637/ ISO16750) will be an added advantage.
-A team player with good communication skills.
-Able to work independently, flexible, pro-active, and creative.
-Good understanding of Analog electronics principles.
-Experience in electronic circuit design (preferably in power electronics) and/or -manufacturing.
-Knowledge and/or experience in software development will be added advantage.
-Ability to plan, organise and timely execute assigned tasks.
-Self-motivated, meticulous and able to handle various tasks at the same time.
-Good communication skills, able to interact with all levels.
