We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join us in building a category-defining home furnishings brand in our first retail location. As a member of our Sales team, you will be dedicated to delivering excellence for our customers, assisting them with questions about our brand and products, and guiding them through the sales consideration process by helping them select the perfect style, fabric, or leather for their home. You will be on the frontlines of executing our brand, representing our values through every customer touchpoint and experience in-store.
Key Responsibilities
- You act as interior advisor and brand ambassador in our showroom.
- You build a strong relationship with local and international designers, architects, owners/investors, hotel operators, dealers and other primary stakeholders
- You know how to evoke a positive feeling and win them over to our brand and products and make quotations accordingly
- Achieve monthly and yearly business objectives and KPI targets.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have professional experience in a customer’s service oriented environment
- Have an eye for detail and passion for premium brands in the fashion and interior design world
- Be a team player who can work well independently
- Be fluent in English
- Working Hours Mon-Sun 11 am - 8 pm (6 off days per month)
