A leading organisation in the community health sector, is seeking for a Senior Executive, Sector funds to join the team in ensuring appropriate and sufficient funds are distributed to promising community projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities, develop strategies and scope proposals to develop and enhance services and build organisational capabilities of community care partners
- Analyse data to assess the impact of funded projects; to improve grant design and administration to better support community care partners
- Liaise and work closely with funding care partners to assess the feasibility of funding proposals and improve the impact of funded projects
- Develop requirements and assist in the project management of a grant management IT system
- Other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Health/ Social Science or the equivalent
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
