Responsibilities
Assist the Operations Manager in outlet operations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards as well as food handling hygiene standard .
Oversees smooth operations of up to 10 outlets .
Provide guidance and training to all managers and staff with due respect of the company's policies .
Plan and maintain a safe level of outlet inventory and ensure strict receiving, checking and storage procedures of products for the outlet operation .
Perform food quality and customer service checks .
Plan staff schedule to maximise manpower resources and productivity, monitor and control labour cost through effective manpower scheduling and monitor staff leave .
Reduce operating cost and wastage, increase profitability through proper cost cutting measure .
Analyse monthly P&L and take actions for improvement of results .
Ensure accuracy in petty cash claims and maintain accurate records .
Ensure accuracy of all sales takings including cash deposits and credit card and nets payments .
Ensure all cash takings of outlets are promptly deposited .
Handle all outlet administrative duties and submit all necessary records and paperwork to corporate office on time .
Conduct monthly stock checks and take of all inventories .
Conduct staff training at outlets .
Enforce discipline and ensure proper conduct of all staff whereby create a high level of morale amongst the staff in outlet . Conduct performance appraisal for all staff .
Recruit staff and follow-though with their appointment letters and uniforms with Corporate HR .
Ensure and upkeep maintenance and appearance of outlets, equipment and fixtures .
Handle customer feedbacks and complaints.
Ensure proper coordination and execution of promotions and marketing activities developed by Marketing Department Requirements .
Well verse in Microsoft Office .
Experience in supervising, training staff and team building .
Good interpersonal and communication skills .
Good organizational and time management skills
