Primary Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to come out with innovative marketing ideas for outlets marketing programmes
- Develop marketing strategies and execute plans to meet company objectives
- Work closely with Operations and partners to achieve desired results
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press – local or specialist publications or on the radio
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including event poster, social media posts, FB cover fan page, Instagram
- Good understanding of digital advertising, analysing of metrics and ROI generation
- Writing and proofreading copy;
- Maintaining and updating customer databases;
- Sourcing and securing sponsorship;
- Propose and manage event budgets;
- Ad hoc projects as and when necessary
Requirements
- At least 1-3 year (s) of working experience in the relevant / related field
- Creative flair and good eye for design & aesthetics
- Photography / videography / photoshop skill is a huge plus
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Pleasant disposition with strong communications skills
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
