FULL-TIME EDUCATOR TRACK POSITION (OPEN-RANK)
The National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School invites applications for a non-tenured educator track faculty position (open-rank) in the Department of Management & Organisation. This is a 12-month position. The first contract is typically 3-years (contingent on the rank) and high-performing educator track faculty can be awarded a long-term contract.
Applicants are expected to hold a PhD degree from an accredited institution and have built a sustained reputation as a highly effective teacher, particularly at the master’s level. Excellent candidates may also have experience serving in educational administrator roles or as a mid- to senior-level manager/executive in the industry.
The Department of Management & Organisation has diverse teaching needs at the undergraduate, master's, and executive levels. The candidate we are seeking is expected to teach topics related to leadership, human capital management, and other organisational behaviour areas. The department is dedicated to faculty development and regularly hosts research talks and guest speakers that contribute to an atmosphere of continuous learning. Moreover, Singapore is a vibrant and safe place to live and is a convenient travel hub.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver courses at the undergraduate, master's, and executive levels.
- Develop new teaching materials and programs that support the department’s and school’s initiatives.
- Develop new courses in keeping with business developments and work trends in Asia and globally.
- Support the Department in other aspects of our educational mission (e.g., developing industry engagements for internships and workshops, student project supervision, co-directing education programs).
