Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with minimum 8 years of HR experience
  • Experience in developing competencies framework, succession planning and L&D
  • Working experience with Oil & Gas companies is preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable labour laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
