Job Responsibilities
Handle internal & external guest enquiries over the phone tactfully and in a courteous way
Ensure calls are transferred to the correct parties
Responsible for efficient transferring of internal and external calls using the switchboard
Familiar with fire and emergency procedures
Communicate requirements by internal or external stakeholders to the correct department
Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, do not disturb, call forwarding & others
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service oriented
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
Relevant experience as a Telephone Operator in hotel
