We are looking for a Contract - Long Term Patient Service Associate to outsource to our healthcare clients.
Job Description:
- Perform registration, billing and payment collection, and aid in prescription processing
- Perform a variety of patient service activities and services to ensure that the patients and members of public are attended to promptly
- Assist in training of staff on registration, payment collection and billing procedures
- Maintain timely and accurate records of patients’ information
- To assist healthcare staff in maintaining cleanliness of work area
- Support medication delivery operations by sorting and accounting for delivery parcels
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor / Head of department
