Job Descriptions
- Check all drawings and provisions pertaining to M&E works
- Co-ordinate all M&E sub-contractors’ work
- Ensure and check all M&E works conform to relevant authorities requirements
- Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring work done
- Co-ordinate for the commissioning and testing of all M&E works.
- Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Industrial/Commercial and Institutional projects
- Having HDB Project experience is an advantage
- Able to commit for 3 months
