Orchard Hotel Singapore, a member of Millennium & Copthorne International - a global hotel group with properties in major gateway cities and operating more than 160 hotels worldwide, is looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals for the following position: -
Reporting to Front Office Manager, you will be responsible to
- Perform front office check-in and out duties;
- Manage guest requests and enquiries professionally to ensure seamless staying experience.
- Handle guests' feedback in a professional manner and according to the Hotel's operational standards
- Take incoming calls quickly and efficiently to connect to the respective guest or department
- Log-in guests’ requests, channel them to the relevant department for action and follow-up on status of job completion
- Complete other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager
What is Expected
- A track record of at least 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity will be advantageous
- Education in Hospitality, Business Administration and/or related fields
- Pro-active, energetic, self-driven and highly motivated team player with an interest in the hospitality industry and/or front office operations
- Strong communication skills and good command of English
- Prior knowledge of Opera and/or HotSOS will be a plus
