Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts in the elevator/lift industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions and technical support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales roles within the
- similar industry.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel.
