Job Description
Assist in cutting of fruits and vegetables
Preparation of daily mis-en-place and ingredients
Inspect and clean food preparation areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
Ensure kitchen is neat, free of clutter and clean
Assist as food runner in kitchen
Requirements
Able to work on weekends and/or public holidays
Able to stand for long hours
Relevant experience as a Kitchen helper
