Our client is a well-established leading service provider for M&E building services here locally. Their operations in the eastern part of Singapore is currently looking for a ASSISTANT/PROJECT MANAGER (ELECTRICAL)
Salary offered: Up to $7000
Employment terms: 3 year contract with full benefits and bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide overall direction and construction management on site for project.
- Ensure that contractors are working in the required work areas, locations and elevations and that work sequence and interfaces with other contractors are both coordinated and planned to provide continuous working to meet contract schedules.
- Responsible for on-site team management and ensure on-schedule completion within budget in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Establish the scope of work, detailing the construction schedule, budget plan and risk management matrix.
- Attend weekly and monthly meeting with the clients.
- Mobilize resources to roll out the construction program.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Working experience with LTA is advantageous.
- Good communication and interaction skill.
- A team player and possess problem-solving, coordination and management skills
