Position Summary
The Recruitment Consultant is to help the company to source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles. This role also needs to Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to be part of our growing business in Singapore and/or Asia. This role will own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with clients to develop talent sourcing and attraction strategies for junior-to-mid hires.
Key responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Sourcing for candidates through Job Portal, networking, LinkedIn, social media, non-traditional sources and referrals.
- Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on client's requirement and needs
- Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
- Coordination of interviews arrangement between clients and candidates
- Negotiating job offers with selected candidates (commencement date, salary, etc.)
- Conduct reference check on candidates on behalf of clients.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Providing good customer service and building good rapport with clients and candidates.
- Ensuring every job posting is in accordance with TAFEP guidelines.
- Advising clients on recruitment matters based on the Employment Act of Singapore.
- Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates
Business Development
- Achieve sales revenue targets in assigned markets/industry.
- Responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close in assigned markets/industry
- Building and maintain relationships with existing clients
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma qualifications and 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment is a plus
- Candidate without relevant working experience is welcome to apply
- Candidate who is flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and a team player will have a distinct advantage
- Posses Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic) is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervison.

Compensation includes basic salary + commission + bonus
