We are aiding a well-established Financial Services firm in filling the following position.
Job Responsibilites:
- Policy issuance and endorsements.
- Premium computation and refunds.
- Timely issuance of tax invoices, schedules, and medical cards.
- Handling client/agent queries via all channels.
- Promoting digital solutions for digitization.
- Independently handling escalations and recommending resolutions.
- Ensuring accuracy of records and documentation.
- Participating in projects for operational efficiency and process improvement.
- User Acceptance Testing participation for system changes.
- Maintenance of department records and data administration.
- Providing administrative support and handling ad-hoc tasks.
- Mitigating business and regulatory compliance risks.
- Monitoring industry trends for compliance and risk management.
- Proactively identifying concerns and sharing risk management practices.
Job Requirements:
• Degree from recognized institution;
• Preferred at least 1 year relevant experience specializing in the financial service/insurance sector in administration/business processing;
• Good time management, good analytical skills, detailed-oriented and pro-activeness;
• Task and results oriented, and a good team player;
• Mathematically inclined and with good communication skills;
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. The job requires significant data sorting and manipulation;
• Proficient in other Microsoft Office applications;
