Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery and waste truck off with the chemical & gas supplier and waste management.
- Support the inventory officer and Manager with store operations and logistics.
- Provide assistance with inventory reports.
- Conduct on-site store checks to ensure adequate Chemical and Gas materials.
- Received chemical and gas products within the client specifications.
- Utilize E-tracking for waste management and manage the GR and GI tasks.
- Provide document/certificate of acceptance, unique labelling, and SAP management for chemical/gas
- inventories on a FIFO basis.
- Carry out delivering chemical and gas with the allocated location within the fab.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min O Level or Higher.
- With 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Competent with SAP, MS Office and familiar with SharePoint.
- Can operate a reach truck or forklift.
