Job Description:
- Oversee the management of all property development and projects from conception to completion.
- Liaise with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, and relevant Authorities.
- Perform project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
- Monitor the timeline of all submissions to authorities and obtain the necessary approvals/permits/certificates.
- Monitor the progress of the construction activities and hold regular status meetings with various stakeholders.
- Coordinate the efforts of all parties in meeting the project schedule and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget and quality standards.
- Regular inspection of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality and site safety.
- Provide expert guidance for creative and innovative design solutions. Ensure maintainability and flexibility for operation.
- Review the design and see through the project execution phase.
- Conduct feasibility studies, provide assessment solutions, and manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement organizational environmental sustainability and green building standards and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices for both the construction and maintenance phases.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve time, cost, and quality. Provide alternative and value engineering solutions.
- Provide technical support to the Facilities & Leasing Team as and when assigned by the company both locally and overseas.
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience with a substantial and proven track record in the development and/or management of commercial large-scale projects
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, self-motivated, confident, and able to work effectively with management and external parties.
