Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing and monitoring product risk control business indicators, and conducting risk business attribution analysis.
- Responsible for extracting product risk control business strategies, tracking their effectiveness, and establishing a comprehensive risk control data indicator system for business units.
- Able to extract features and develop effective response strategies for platform black and gray users to promptly prevent illicit activities.
- Possess the ability for rapid learning and thinking, keen data insight, structured thinking ability, cross-team collaboration skills, and a strong passion for solving real business problems.
- Proficient in data statistics-related professional skills, able to utilize common machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, etc., in combination with business scenarios to solve business problems.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, interested in mathematics and statistics, with a certain foundation in computer or mathematics; majors related to mathematical statistics are preferred.
- Familiar with commonly used data analysis tools and languages such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, SPSS.
- Have good logical thinking ability and communication skills, be reliable and responsible, have strong self-driving ability, curiosity, interest in the Internet, and priority for those interested in data analysis.
岗位职责：
1、负责产品风控业务指标建设以及监测，风控业务归因分析；
2、负责产品风控业务策略抽取，效果跟进，为业务线建立全面的风控数据指标体系；
3、针对平台黑灰产用户，能够进行特征提取，抽取出有效的应对策略，及时阻止黑灰产；
4、具备快速学习和思考的能力，敏锐的数据洞察力，结构化思维能力，跨团队协作能力，对实际解决业务的问题有强烈的热情；
5、掌握数据统计相关专业技能，会结合业务场景使用常用的回归、分类、聚类、深度学习等机器学习算法解决业务问题；
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，对数学统计学感兴趣，有一定的计算机或者数学基础，数理统计相关专业优先；
2、熟悉常用的数据分析工具和语言：如Excel、SQL、R、Python、SPSS；
3、具有良好的逻辑思维能力与沟通表达能力，认真靠谱，有较强自驱能力、好奇心，对互联网感兴趣，对数据分析感兴趣者优先
