Responsibilities
As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and seamless user interfaces that meet the unique needs and challenges of our clients in the financial industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of users.
- Lead Design Thinking workshops such as User Journey Mapping, “How Might We?” workshops and other user and client facing activities.
- Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Document and gather user requirement analysis for the design, definition, development, implementation and enhancement of new or existing IT projects/systems.
- Ensure that designs adhere to industry standards, notably the SGDS (Singapore Government Design Systems)
- Produce high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the visual appeal of financial IT solutions.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design or computer science)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently.
- Proven experience as a User Experience Designer with a focus on IT projects in the financial industry or with the Singapore Government. Understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
