The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Activation Manager to join a growing integrated activation team, working on 3-4 complex and fulfilling Technology brands (B2B). The team culture is fast-paced yet fun and engaging – we value close collaboration and openness to ensure we can meet our collective goals in an enjoyable work setting.
This is a position for someone who has 5+ years’ experience and interest in digital strategy, activation, and reporting. What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Activation Director to develop media strategy, channel/ platform recommendations and prepare the detailed media and activation proposal
- Build proposals and solutions alongside strategy, data & insights & activation teams aligned with our integrated demand solution
- Support briefing to all partners and ensure they are fully equipped with the required information and expectations are fully met
- Build effective client relationships and acts as day-to-day activation partner; working with Client Marketing to ensure they achieve the client’s activation objectives and works to nurture and grow the relationship
- Provides hands on support and guidance for more junior members of the activation team in the planning and execution of campaigns, sharing expertise and knowledge to ensure work is completed accurately and exceeds client expectations.
- Owns projects from initial scoping and brief through to execution with support from the Activation & Client Marketing Team
- Is a committed, responsible, and confident leader of projects, who can work both independently and as part of the wider team
- Helps to manage client finance process (PO filing, invoicing, remittances) and supplier finance tasks
- Attends weekly client meetings and actions client requests and briefs in a timely manner
- Leverage available planning tools and liaise with media owners for proposals
- Engage clients on day-to-day operations, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels
- Negotiate with media owners for better rates and value adds
- Oversee all performance across channels (Content Syndication, Search, Social, Programmatic etc.)
- Monitor and optimize performance during campaign period and comfortable defining reporting requirements and cadences with meaningful insights and learnings
What You’ll Bring:

- Up to date on relevant marketing trends and innovations

- Experience of working on a fast-paced account across multiple projects and managing multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented individual
- Preference of experience in delivering 360 campaigns: with some knowledge of digital and creative production process
- 5+ years of working experience preferably within a B2B agency and/or technology company
