Sales Administrator
Job Responsibilities
· Send marketing email and marketing related activities.
· Respond to customer enquiries from emails, landline, and WhatsApp.
· Prepare quotation and follow up with customers and freelancers.
· Meet with potential customers when required.
· Process confirmed orders, including execution till delivery order is received.
· Prepare and send invoices to customers.
· Follow up with payment and send monthly statement of accounts.
· Send reminder letters and coordinate with legal department if necessary.
· Other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
· Education level O-level and above or equivalent
· Exhibit initiative during work
· Able to work independently and as a team member
· Good interpersonal communication skills
· Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving, able to multi-task
· Strong ethics, with a customer-oriented attitude
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MYOB/ABSS Accounting Software
· Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise and converse with Mandarin-speaking clients
· Able to handle tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Renumeration
· Full time (Basic from $2800/mth + Commission)
. 5 days a week
· Various types of paid leave (e.g. birthday leave, and marriage leave)
